Recruitment process

Finding and selecting the right graduates for Lundbeck is very important to us – we need to make sure that not only are you the right match for us, but that Lundbeck is the right match for you.


When recruiting, we are looking at both professional, personal and motivational aspects. Therefore, our recruitment process includes personality and ability testing, an assessment day, as well as interviews with different stakeholders in Lundbeck – everything for you to show us who you are and what you can offer.


The process: 

  • The top candidates for each position will be invited to a first interview.
  • Based on the 1rst interview the top 2-3 candidates for each position will be invited for a 2nd interview.
  • The 2nd interview will be based on a panel interview, case and tests.
