We are looking for a competent student assistant for a challenging and versatile position (approx. 15 hours/week) in the Group Financial Compliance & Enterprise Risk Management team within Group Finance.

The team is responsible for:
-        Financial compliance visits
-        Examining and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control environment in affiliates and headquarters, and assisting the organization in optimizing and strengthening the internal control environment
-        Enterprise Risk Management
-        Financial management of partnerships
-        The internal policy Authorization & Signing Policies
-        Reporting to the Audit Committee on matters relating to Financial Compliance visits and Enterprise Risk Management, and on Management’s travel expenses etc.

Your job and key responsibilities
Your responsibilities include supporting the team with the above-mentioned activities. This includes monitoring and maintaining the internal control set-up, supporting and participating in the planning, execution and follow-up on financial compliance visits, review of processes and procedures as well as various ad hoc tasks.

We imagine that you are starting or in your first year of MSc Business Economics and Auditing (cand.merc.aud).

Furthermore, we expect that you have the following personal and professional qualifications:    
-        Your approach is professional, analytical and you are able to work both independently and as part of a team
-        You take on administrative tasks with the same enthusiasm as tasks that allow you to apply your academic knowledge
-        You are easy-going and proactive with a lot of drive
-        You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering on time
-        You are fluent in spoken and written English
-        You are an experienced IT user (MS Office)
