We are offering an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Source to Pay Team as a Procurement Support Specialist. The purpose of the role is administration and maintenance of Vendor Master Data (VMD) database in line with Lundbeck Process, Execution of Supplier Evaluation (SE) process according to Lundbeck design.

Location: Krakow.

Your job and key responsibilities
As Procurement Support Specialist in Lundbeck GBS Kraków you will:

  • Perform standard process steps according to procedures and Work Instructions;
  • Act as key users for all Lundbeck employees regarding: Respond to queries from a wide range of stakeholders;
    • Vendor Master Data management;
    • Supplier Evaluation (Compliance);
  • Maintenance of a log of work received and actions performed on workflow management system;
  • Participate in and lead improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process;
  • Contribute to building pro-active, can-do attitude within the team and high preforming culture of the Company;
  • Build and maintain relationships with various Business Stakeholders

Qualifications
Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in Vendor Master Data or Procurement roles;
  • Understanding of Supplier Evaluation concept;
  • Experience in using SAP system (or relevant ERP platform);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Logistics, Administration or other relevant field;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and with switching priorities;
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and creativity in improving ways of working;
  • Fluent English
