Description

As Reporting Process Specialist for Accounting to Reporting, your focus is to develop standardized processes and systems for the Lundbeck Group. You do this through identifying needs, analyzing root causes, challenging the status quo and designing solutions. The job entails a high degree of stakeholder management, and driving changes towards excellence within the process track.

Some of the tasks include:

  • Identify needs, challenge the business and drive change in the finance system templates (ERP & BI solutions).
  • Contribute to system strategy and plans together with IT, and act as link between business and IT.
  • Engage in the global implementation of finance applications (ERP & BI solutions).
  • Work in close cooperation with our Business Service Center to further strengthen operational efficiency.
  • Take part in preparing the business for the new process and system templates.

The Organization
Group Business Services defines the systems and processes for Accounting to Reporting, Hire to Retire and Source to Pay processes. We drive the projects on the global support platform, and work together with supporting functions to establish an aligned vision towards the future ambition.

The position is part of a multinational team with four process professionals that are responsible for Global Finance in terms of transactional and reporting processes, data structures and technology. The position reports to the Process Lead and is located in Lundbeck’s Headquarters in Denmark

The Profile
Supported by academic credentials on bachelor or master level in finance, you have a strong background in financial reporting. Experience in SAP Business Intelligence tools is highly preferred, whereas experience in SAP ECC will be considered an advantage. You have experience from a regional or corporate level, conceptualizing and executing financial process design and optimization.As a person, you have a highly positive and solution-oriented mindset. You are an ambassador for change with excellent communication skills. You can define objectives and take ownership of fulfilling them. Besides focusing on your functional area, you are also a strong team player.
