Recruitment Process

How we Hire – From Your Initial Interest, Interviews, to Offers of Employment

We appreciate your interest in Lundbeck as a workplace. We make it a priority to ensure that both our competencies and expectations match and that the recruitment process is positive no matter the outcome.

Tips for applying

Your application should be targeted to the specific open position at Lundbeck – and it is important you fit the professional and technical competencies, personal traits, and experience detailed in the job description. In your cover letter and CV we would like to see:

  • Your motivation for working at Lundbeck and in the specific role you are applying for
  • How your skills, knowledge, and experience are relevant to the position and how you can contribute to Lundbeck’s wider goals
  • A detailed CV of your career to date, professional competencies, results and achievements, activities you have carried out, and areas of responsibility

Interview process

The interview process will depend on the department and country you are applying for. If selected for an interview, you will be invited to one or more interviews before a potential job offer is made.

Assessment tools may also form part of the process. These enable the hiring manager to evaluate your skills, and whether your competencies and attributes add positively to the needs of the job and Lundbeck culture.

We encourage you to sign up to our Job Agent page to receive an email as soon as a position opens that matches your profile.
