Describe your work

Every day I aim to provide education and support to doctors and their staff so they can continue to help their patients with brain diseases.

What challenges are you facing at work?

The most challenging part of my job can be the ability to physically see our healthcare professionals, even before the COVID-19 pandemic, along with the ever-changing environment and additional system pressures, people’s time was more squeezed.

In your words, what is the Lundbeck culture?

Lundbeck is inclusive of people and ideas. There is a great deal of diverse talent here that allows me to glean ideas that help me continually develop. I want to be known as a valued educator to the healthcare professionals I see and a great leader and supporter to my colleagues.

“Seeing how people have either been limited in their ability or their potential because of a neurological issue or mental illness has touched me to make a difference in some capacity.” - Jason F. Houston
