The Graduate Program – Preparing Your Future

Our two-year program is designed for the individual graduate, with the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally. As one of our promising graduates, you will have some distinct traits:

You will have a relevant master’s degree or PhD, with excellent English language skills and a maximum of one-year post-academic work experience, depending on the position.

Depending on your track, you will grow within your role, with the opportunity to travel within our international network.
