Internship in Finance - English Speaker

We are currently looking for an Intern to join our finance teams.

The job will be mainly focused on supporting one of our finance team: Source to Pay, Accounts Receivable or Intercompany and In House Bank in daily finance operations activities, administering data in the systems, supporting daily accounting & payment processes for Lundbeck operated businesses in Europe, USA and Canada. 

Your job and key responsibilities:

  • Processing of PO and NPO invoices,
  • Invoice scanning and validation,
  • Financial data administration in SAP and other systems,
  • Supporting processing of automated and manual payments,
  • Various ad hoc support duties to assist with all areas of our accounting department.

Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications:

  • Currently studying or freshly graduated,
  • Strong engagement and focus on achieving goals,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
  • Very good English,
  • Strong motivation to gain experience in Finance,
  • Availability of minimum 30 hours per week with intention to continue career in Lundbeck.
