 Our Licensing Review Process

 Here at Lundbeck, our in-licensing review process has five distinct phases:

  • Phase A – Brief, non-confidential initial evaluation by the Scientific Licensing Department
  • Phase B – Fuller confidential evaluation by members of the R&D and marketing organizations
  • Phase C – Business case development and preliminary negotiation of principle agreement (term sheet)
  • Phase D – Due diligence
  • Phase E – Final negotiation and closing of contract
