Our Licensing Review Process
Here at Lundbeck, our in-licensing review process has five distinct phases:

Phase A – Brief, non-confidential initial evaluation by the Scientific Licensing Department

Phase B – Fuller confidential evaluation by members of the R&D and marketing organizations

Phase C – Business case development and preliminary negotiation of principle agreement (term sheet)

Phase D – Due diligence

Phase E – Final negotiation and closing of contract
