Purpose of the Job

Accountable for delivering Regional commercial objectives for the Lundbeck product portfolio, through delivery of customer focussed, account specific activities. P&L responsibility for the region including discretional budget spend and management of a specialist sales resource.

An Overview of the Process

As you would expect, for roles of this importance to the company, an assessment centre process is key to finding the right people.

The number of places we have for assessment centres are limited and there will be a screening process in the first instance.

Step 1. CV Screening
We have some basic requirements for the three available roles and most of which we should be able to identify from the applicant's CV and online application.

We will notify applicants at this stage if we are not progressing their application.

If we are not clear about some elements of an applicant's CV or application we may ask to conduct a short screening interview for clarification.

Step 2. Predictive Index Profiling
At Lundbeck we use a profiling tool called Predictive Index (PI).

Candidates who progress to the assessment centre will be asked to complete a PI profile online, prior to attending which will be reviewed as part of the assessment centre stage.

Step 3. Assessment Centre
The assessment centre will be made up a variety of exercises and will include a customer role play and a competency based interview.
