Health, Safety and Environmental Policy for Lundbeck

Lundbeck aims to create a safe and healthy working environment for our employees, while acting responsibly with respect to our environmental impacts. Our goal is to be among the leaders in the fields of health, safety, and environment.

To achieve this goal, management and employees work together to:

  • Integrate health, safety, and environmental considerations in research, development, manufacture, and the sale of Lundbeck’s pharmaceuticals.
  • Prevent health and safety problems, both with respect to physical and mental health.
  • Minimise consumption of energy, chemical substances, and other materials.
  • Carry out continuous improvements using an efficient HS&E system.
  • Maintain open and honest dialogue with our stakeholders.
  • Comply with current legislation.

Adopted by Lundbeck’s HS&E Council and Corporate Management Group in December 2007.
