The Board of Directors and Lundbeck’s Executive Management are responsible for Lundbeck’s vision, mission and values, and for ensuring that Lundbeck pursues its business goals in an ethically responsible manner.
The Corporate Responsibility team reports to a dedicated Management Committee chaired by Lundbeck’s President and CEO. The overall mandate of the committee is to review liability and compliance with regulations, business norms and corporate standards.
Corporate Responsibility manages the daily strategic tasks and monitors trends, analyses impacts and defines and coordinates actions required across the Lundbeck Group.
