Description

We are currently seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our Source to Pay Team. The job will be mainly focused on supporting the S2P Team members in running daily invoice related tasks, like processing purchase requisitions, invoices, supporting users or running reports.

Your job and key responsibilities
As Procurement Specialist, you will:

  • Process purchase requisitions and invoices in workflow;
  • Handle vendor queries via email and phone;
  • Perform internal controls including month-end activities per control framework;
  • Participate in improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process;
  • Contribute to building pro-active, can-do attitude within the team and high preforming culture of the Company;
  • Build and maintain relationships with various Business Stakeholders.

Qualifications
Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications:

  • More than 1 year of the finance experience,
  • Strong engagement and focus on achieving goals,
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and with switching priorities;
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and creativity in improving ways of working;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills,
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Very good English, other European language will be an asset
