Description

We are currently looking for HR Intern in our local HR Team. This role will focus on providing administrative support with the delivery of HR processes, including recruitment, and serving advice to Lundbeck managers and employees on HR policies and systems.  

Key responsibilities & tasks:

  • Contacting with candidates and coordinating job interviews,
  • Participating in Employer Branding initiatives,
  • Auditing recruitment documents, job postings and forms completion,
  • Providing support in administrative tasks and HR documentation flow,
  • Responding to basic HR-related queries raised by the employees,
  • Participating in organizing of Company events and CSR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently studying or freshly graduated,
  • Development interest in HR area,
  • Positive attitude towards working with people,
  • Fluent English,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Power Point) would be an asset,
  • Any experience in NGO’s, student organizations, etc. may be an asset,
  • Minimum availability is 20 hours per week (on average).
