We are currently seeking an HR Specialist in Hire to Retire Team who will independently provide quality and timely HR support to our Employees, Line Managers and HR Business Partners. The person will be responsible for the delivery of variety of HR Admin activities ranging from recruitment, data reporting, personnel administration, organizational management to ongoing recurring support for payroll process for countries in scope.

Your job and key responsibilities:
As HR Specialist your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing transactional activities in HR Systems for employees (hiring, contract changes, transfers and terminations)
  • Daily cooperation with HR Business Partners and payroll suppliers from Lundbeck operated businesses in Europe
  • Maintaining organizational data in SAP HR
  • Providing quality responses to queries raised by employees, managers and Business Partners within agreed time-lines
  • Preparation of employment documentation with the support of Senior HR Specialists

  • Two years of professional experience in HR
  • University degree
  • Fluent French
  • Fluent English
  • Strong interest in HR area – personnel administration, payroll, etc.
  • Strong service mindset
