Become an important part of the CRM development in Lundbeck
Lundbeck has undergone significant changes within the last few years. This has led to the establishment of a new business area: Nordics/Baltics. At the same time Lundbeck is in the process of implementing a new CRM system in the affiliates. As part of these changes Lundbeck is looking for a CRM Manager & IT Coordinator who will take a crucial part in developing and maintaining smooth procedures in the CRM across the business area.
Valued position in important business area
As CRM Manager & IT Coordinator, you will play an important role in standardizing procedures and structuring the implementation of the new CRM system and hereby securing the future success of the system. You will support your colleagues in the technicalities and usage of the system and remedy any questions they may have.
Additionally, you will also have responsibilities regarding business intelligence where you will be supporting multiple reporting needs, including sales reports and in-market sales both on a local and business area level.
Finally, the role also includes the function as ITC (IT Coordinator). This part of the job is expected to take up approximately 20% of your time. In this function you will act as point of contact for all countries in the business area ensuring optimal functioning of all standard IT systems and IT equipment, and smooth cooperation with IT HQ and Service Desk.

Experienced CRM systems manager with IT flair
Your educational background is preferably commercial or IT related on Bachelor or Masters level. You must have experience with CRM systems from either a local or regional role.
