Lundbeck’s Corporate Compliance team is looking to recruit a motivated and experienced advisor who is driven by performing compliance monitoring activities. Our team’s mission is to facilitate the development of Lundbeck’s approach to compliance. We want to be a proactive and trusted professional business partner that helps Lundbeck identify issues, prioritise tasks and implement appropriate solutions that meet our stakeholders’ needs. 

Your job
As Compliance Advisor you will be performing activities to strengthen processes, increase transparency and minimise ethical and compliance risks across the Lundbeck Group. Specific activities include:

  • Perform compliance reviews in Lundbeck business units and partners
  • Manage and conduct compliance investigations
  • Facilitate compliance workshops and training
  • Enhance controls and provide advice to the global business units

These activities will require some travel activity (approx. 15-20 days per year). 

Your qualifications
Our preferred candidate has at least five years of professional experience from a large international company, accounting or consultancy. This must include a minimum of 3 years’ experience within business ethics compliance. Healthcare industry experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
Essential personal skills are:

  • Working structured with a high level of personal integrity
  • Ability to exercise judgement, empathy and cultural sensitivity
  • Well-developed analytical, communication and reporting skills
  • Excellent interview and facilitation skills with an ability to build relationships
  • Danish/Scandinavian at an intermediate level and fluency in English
