Recruitment process

We invest a lot in selecting the right Graduates for Lundbeck - we want to make sure that you are not only the right match for us but also that Lundbeck is the right match for you.

We emphasize both professional, personal and motivational aspects when selecting our Graduates. Our recruitment process therefore includes personality and ability testing, interviews with different stakeholders in Lundbeck and an assessment day– everything for you to be able to show who you are and what you can offer.

 

Application deadline May 3rd, 2017

The process: 

 

  • Top 5-6 candidates for each position are invited for 1st interview in mid/end May
  • Top 2-3 candidates for each position are invited to an Assessment Day at HQ on June 7th
  • The assessment day will be followed by  a 2nd interview and assessment feedback in mid/end june
  • End of June the selected candidates will be offered the position
  • September 1st the new graduates start their Graduate journey at Lundbeck
