Students come to us to learn special skills or to meet academic requirements. Many are PhD or Masters students who are writing their theses at Lundbeck. They are often studying science, but some come from business schools where they are studying other disciplines such as business, marketing or economics.

Studying and working in Lundbeck
Many of the PhD students are working in Research and Development. They have joined through research collaboration between Lundbeck and their educational institution. When they have developed the right competencies and skills, some of them stay on with us after graduating. In fact, more than one in 50 of our employees have joined us while they were studying.
