Process Advisory Professional – Hire to Retire Process team, Group Business Services
We are looking for a passionate driver to join Lundbeck in the journey of HR process optimization, among which SAP Success Factors implementation is one of the key enablers.
Group Business Services support Lundbeck colleagues to focus their specialized skills on providing treatments to patients. We are responsible for designing, implementing and operating end to end process across Source to Pay, Accounting to Reporting and Hire to Retire areas. We work in a dynamic environment with various projects, seeking continuous improvements.
Location – Valby, Denmark.
Your job and key responsibilities(sentences with max 2 -3 bullets)
Together with a team of international background professionals, you will develop new standardized processes and systems, through identifying needs, analysing root causes, and challenging the status quo constructively.
The job entails a high degree of stakeholder management, and driving changes towards excellence within the process track.
Some of the tasks include:
- Identify needs, challenge the business and drive change in the HR portfolio.
- Contribute to system strategy and plans together with IT, and act as link between business and IT.
- Engage in the global implementation of HR applications.
- Work in close cooperation with our Business Service Center to further strengthen operational efficiency.
- Take part in preparing the business for the new templates.
Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications:
- Academic credentials on bachelor or master degree in HR
- Experience implementing strategic and driving changes from a corporate or regional level
- SAP Success Factors implementation experiences are preferred
- Positive and solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
