Denmark-Day Activity –
The Largest Career & Education Fair opened in Peking University

On 23rd October, the Career & Education Fair of Denmark-Day was held in Peking University. Seven Danish universities and nine Danish enterprises in China also participated in this event, offering Chinese students an opportunity to take a close contact with them. During the event, Friis Arne Petersen, Danish ambassador to China, said, in his speech, “Studying in Denmark will create new value for students’ career and help them succeed for jobs they desire for. In short, the education of Danish universities will provide them with a better platform for further development.”

 

           

 

           

 

          

Chinese students will be a part of Denmark’s Future

Danish enterprises in China are committed to combine job opportunity with Danish education so as to attract more Chinese students.

Ms. Pia Olsen Dyhr, the Minister for Trade and Investment, said, “We recommend excellent Chinese students to our enterprises in China when we want to attract them in Denmark. At the meantime, we are also building an effective network platform for graduating students in order to connect them with Danish enterprises, and make them keep close contact after returning to the homeland. All efforts we are doing today are to create favorable condition for more cooperation in the future.”

 

Denmark-Day and Sino-Danish Network Platform

The Career & Education Fair of Denmark Day was organized by Danish Innovation Center, located in Shanghai by the headquarters. As a part of Sino-Danish exchange activities, since October 2011, the information about Danish education and job opportunity have been introduced through the network platform, including the recommendation of Danish enterprises in China to Chinese students and young experts.
