One of the ways we maintain our focus on employee development and motivation is our Employee Satisfaction Survey. We call this the “Lundbeck ESS”. The ESS measures employee satisfaction with regard to a range of parameters such as management, work climate, and development opportunities. We follow up on the ESS with different initiatives aimed at maintaining our focus on a good working environment and providing the best possible development opportunities for our workers.
