The recruitment process

When we receive your application, we immediately send you a letter of confirmation. Afterwards, we go through all the applications we have received and invite selected candidates to an interview.

If you are one of the selected candidates, you will usually be called in for two interviews before a job offer is made. We use various techniques to help us assess a candidate and his/her skills, and to see if these meet the needs of the specific job. After the second round of interviews, we select the candidate we feel is best-suited to fill the position.

After the final decision has been made, the remaining applicants are sent a letter thanking them for their interest as quickly as possible. If we give someone else the job, we shred your application and all other papers you have given us.

If you are selected for a position in Lundbeck, you will go through an introduction programme to learn more about Lundbeck and its products. Moreover, each department/country usually holds its own special introductory meetings. It is crucial that you get the best possible start in your new career.
